Nest of Secret Hovering, performed at SUNY Art Museum.  Two video loops with ambient sound flood the 24 ft gallery wall.  A feathered rocking chair floats within two parallel images: a girl twirling in the sunset (super-8 home movie shot by J. Ryder Cooley 1975), and a murder of crows taking flight in winter trees.  On the floor below rests a pile of antlers, feathered shoes and a blood soaked dress. A 3 hour improvised musical performance with singing saw occurs in the chair. 2006. Photo by Carlos Vela
